Exchanges and Returns

Please choose wisely on purchases as we are unable to accept returns or refunds on items for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return or refund the item must be in its original condition with packaging and tags within the first 5 days since the delivery of your purchase.

If the item purchased is found to be defective or damaged, please email us at returns@yukoonline.com.au for an exchange.

All shipping for exchanges and returns will be at your own cost. We will not be responsible for lost shipments and highly recommend trackable shipping.
